Returns & Exchanges
Here at Laura Caroline we aim to make returns as easy as possible.
Sometimes you just need to see the pieces you desire in your own home to know if it works for you. We get that.
While we hope that you’ll be delighted with your new items, we would also like you to know that if you’re not, that’s fine too. So, we’ve made our returns policy simple and as easy as possible.
If you decide your item isn’t quite right for your home, simply return it to us in Its original condition within 28 days of placing your order. We ask that you return the products to us in their original packaging, remember do not deface the packaging and please keep any tamper seals intact.
For smaller Home Accessory products, we are happy to offer a free returns service. Our team will organise for Parcel Force to collect your order from you, free of charge. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.
All the details on what you need to do will be on your delivery note. Just make sure you keep hold of all the packaging.
Upon arrival, should your item(s) not meet your expectations, we are happy to take the item(s) away for you free of charge at the time of delivery. So please check your item(s) to make sure you are happy with them before the delivery team leave. This is via our in-house delivery service only and does not apply to deliveries made via Parcel Force.
For larger and fragile pieces, we charge a £50 collection fee, if you later change your mind. This is because our delivery team will need to come back out.
If you’re returning more than one item in one go, don’t worry, you’ll only get charged once.
The only designs that we can’t accept returns on are Laura Caroline Bespoke orders. We’d love to not have to put this as a condition of the Returns, but as they’re made-to-order just for you, to your bespoke specifications, we hope you appreciate it would be extremely difficult to sell them again.
Once we receive your return, we’ll email you to let you know that we’ve sorted it, but please allow five-ten working days for the refund to show on your account.
In the unlikely event your item is faulty we ask that you take a few snaps of the damage, send them to us via email email@example.com. This way we can record this and start processing your replacement while your return is on its way to us.
